What the process looks like

1. Initial Consultation We’ll start with a personal consultation where we’ll discuss your goals and timeline for selling. I’ll walk you through the process, answer any questions you may have, and ensure you’re comfortable with every step ahead.

2. Home Evaluation & Market Analysis I’ll conduct a thorough evaluation of your home and provide a detailed Comparative Market Analysis (CMA). This will help determine the optimal listing price based on current market conditions and comparable properties in the area.

3. Preparing Your Home for Sale We’ll make sure your home is in top condition before listing. This may include staging, making necessary repairs, and ensuring your home is clean and appealing to potential buyers. I can also provide recommendations for enhancements that will help increase its value.

4. Listing Your Home Once your home is ready, we’ll list it on the MLS and other prominent real estate platforms to ensure maximum exposure. I’ll also create a personalized marketing strategy to showcase your property, including professional photography and virtual tours, and promote it on social media and other channels.

5. Showings & Open Houses We’ll schedule showings and open houses to give buyers the opportunity to view your home. I’ll handle all the logistics and communication, ensuring that potential buyers have a great experience.

6. Negotiation & Offers When offers come in, I’ll work with you to review each one and help you understand the terms. I’ll negotiate on your behalf to ensure you get the best possible deal, keeping your interests as my top priority.

7. Contract to Close Once you’ve accepted an offer, I’ll guide you through the contract and the closing process. This includes working with inspectors, appraisers, and coordinating with attorneys and title companies to ensure a smooth and timely closing.​

8. Closing the Deal On closing day, I’ll be there to help you finalize everything. From reviewing final documents to making sure all loose ends are tied up, I’ll ensure that the sale is completed seamlessly.
